These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Career Care website, communication channels, consultations, and all study-abroad services offered by Career Care (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By using our website, booking a consultation, or entering a service agreement, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Career Care provides:

  • One-time study abroad consultations
  • Full-cycle counselling and application support
  • Career direction discussions
  • University shortlisting
  • SOP / LOR guidance
  • Application mentoring
  • Visa documentation guidance
  • Pre-departure sessions

We do not guarantee:

admissions, scholarships, jobs, visas, PR, salary, or university outcomes.

2. Payments, Instalments & Refunds

2.1 All fees must be paid upfront unless a written instalment plan is approved on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 If part-payment is allowed:

  • Services continue only until the next instalment is due.
  • Services will be paused if payment is delayed.
  • Non-payment is grounds for termination without refund.

2.3 Refund Policy

Career Care follows a strict no-refund, no-transfer policy under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • University rejection
  • Visa refusal
  • Delay from the university or the embassy
  • Missed deadlines due to student delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete documents were provided
  • External circumstances (health, travel, emergencies, force majeure)

No fees will be adjusted or transferred to another student.

3. Student Responsibilities

The student and/or parent agree to:

  • Provide complete, honest and accurate information
  • Follow timelines and instructions shared by Career Care
  • Attend scheduled calls and submit documents on time
  • Ensure all information used in SOP/LOR/application is truthful
  • Not request fabricated achievements or fake documentation
  • Understand that delays from their side may affect outcomes

Failure to follow instructions may result in missed deadlines or weaker applications, for which Career Care is not responsible.

4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

4.1 Students may reschedule up to 5 appointments.

Beyond this, Career Care may decline further rescheduling.

4.2 If the student misses a session without prior notice:

  • The session is considered consumed
  • Student may be directed to recorded sessions (only if available)
  • No live replacement session is guaranteed

4.3 If repeated rescheduling or missed calls cause application delays:

  • Career Care is not liable for missed opportunities, deadlines, or resulting damages.
  • No compensation, refund, or extension will be provided.

5. Communication Timelines

Career Care generally responds within 1–2 working days.

During peak intakes, responses may take longer.

Students must plan ahead for deadlines; urgent responses cannot be guaranteed.

6. Academic Integrity & Misconduct

Career Care maintains strict ethical standards.

We will not:

  • Create false achievements
  • Fabricate work experience
  • Invent projects, internships or leadership roles
  • Provide fraudulent documents
  • Submit applications without truthful information

If a student insists on unethical practices, Career Care may terminate services immediately without refund.

7. SOP/LOR Ownership & Usage

The content and structure created by Career Care (frameworks, drafts, templates) remain Career Care’s intellectual property.

The student owns their final SOP/LOR but may not:

  • Resell it
  • Distribute it publicly
  • Use it to create content for ohers
  • Present Career Care’s frameworks as their own

Career Care may use anonymised versions for training or internal purposes.

8. Disclaimers (Admissions, Visas, Scholarships)

Career Care is not responsible for decisions made by:

  • Universities
  • Admissions committees
  • Visa authorities
  • Scholarship bodies
  • Government or immigration departments
  • Third-party service providers

We do not guarantee:

  • Admission
  • Visa approval
  • Scholarship selection
  • PR/immigration
  • Part-time or full-time employment
  • Course availability
  • University timelines or portal stability

All decisions rest solely with the respective organisations.

9. Third-Party Tools & External Providers

Career Care uses:

  • Google Workspace & Google Meet
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Razorpay
  • Zoho (if applicable)
  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Pixel
  • YouTube embeds

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, technical errors, or decisions made by these platforms.

10. Website Use Terms

Users agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content
  • Scrape data or extract material
  • Misuse of contact information for marketing
  • Attempt unauthorised access, hacking, or disruption
  • Use the website for unlawful activities

Violations may result in legal action.

11. Services for Minors (Under 18)

For clients under 18:

  • Parental/guardian consent is mandatory
  • The parent must join at least the first counselling call (Your option A + B)
  • Parents may join additional calls as needed
  • Career Care may contact the parent for clarification, safety, or documentation needs

12. Data Sharing & International Transfers

By engaging our services, the student/parent consents to sharing personal data with:

  • Universities abroad
  • Application portals
  • Visa authorities
  • Education loan partners (only if requested)

Career Care shares data only for the purpose of application support.

13. Termination of Services

Career Care may terminate services if:

  • Payments are not completed
  • The student repeatedly misses sessions
  • The student provides false information
  • Student requests unethical practices
  • Communication becomes abusive or disrespectful
  • Deadlines are ignored despite reminders

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
