No academic/financial documents are collected directly through the website.
1.2 Information Collected After Enrolment / During Counselling
Once a student enters a service agreement, we may request additional information required for counselling, shortlisting, applications, or visa support. These may include:
- Academic transcripts, mark sheets, certificates
- Entrance test scores (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT, etc.)
- SOP/LOR drafts and personal statements
- Passport copies, education documents, financial documents (only when required for visa preparation)

- Communication history via email, WhatsApp, or Google Meet
2. Handling Data of Students Under 18
For students below 18 years of age:
- We require explicit parental or guardian consent before engaging in any counselling or document-related work.
- We may contact the parent or guardian for safety, documentation, or clarification purposes.
- Parents may request correction or deletion of the child’s data at any time.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and schedule consultations
- Understand academic history and career goals
- Provide study abroad counselling
- Create university shortlists
- Guide SOP/LOR development
- Prepare and submit university applications (with consent)
- Assist with visa documentation
- Provide pre-departure guidance
- Offer alumni support and follow-up services

These services may process anonymised or technical data (such as device type, browser, session behaviour) as part of their normal operation. Their own privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

We do not store:
- Payment card numbers
- Bank account details
All payments are processed directly through Razorpay.
8. Data Retention
We retain data:
- For the duration of counselling
- For visa and post-admission support
- For alumni guidance and career support
- Unless you explicitly request deletion in writing
This helps us support students in case of intake changes, visa issues, or future academic needs.
9. Data Deletion Requests
Students or parents may request deletion of their data at any time.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

- No transfer of fees to another student or another service
